Terms & Conditions
1. About these terms
These terms govern the sale of goods by One Ten Global Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), registered in the United Kingdom, to any business or individual ("you") purchasing hardware through this website or via a quote we issue.
2. Quotes & orders
Prices shown are indicative until confirmed on a formal quote. An order is only accepted once we issue written confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before confirmation, including where stock or pricing has changed.
3. Condition grading
Hardware is sold new or as graded (Grade A / Grade B) based on our internal inspection standards. Grading descriptions are provided in good faith; minor cosmetic variation within a grade should be expected.
4. Payment
Payment terms (card, bank transfer, or approved purchase order) are agreed at checkout or on the quote. Trade account terms are available to approved business customers on request.
5. Shipping & risk
Estimated lead times are provided per item and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Risk in goods passes to you on delivery to the carrier unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Warranty
Refurbished hardware is covered by the warranty period stated on your invoice from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
7. Limitation of liability
Except where prohibited by law, our liability for any claim relating to goods supplied is limited to the value of the affected order.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Refund Policy
1. Returns window
Goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time of order.
2. Faulty or misdescribed goods
If hardware arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or not matching its stated condition grade, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange inspection and, where confirmed, a repair, replacement, or full refund at our discretion.
3. Non-returnable items
Custom-configured or built-to-order equipment, and items explicitly marked as final sale on the quote, are not eligible for return unless faulty.
4. Return shipping
Return shipping costs are covered by us where goods are faulty or misdescribed, and by the customer for change-of-mind returns, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Refund method & timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (or by bank transfer for purchase-order accounts) within 10 business days of the returned goods passing inspection.
6. Sell-to-us transactions
Offers made through our Sell Your IT Hardware process are confirmed in writing before collection. Once equipment is received and verified against the agreed offer, payment is issued; if verification reveals a material discrepancy, we will contact you before finalizing payment.
